“Amazing customer service with a swift, easy response. You hear back the same day which saves all the worry about waiting. We needed this loan quickly as our dog needs an urgent operation and we got it the same day applied for which meant her operation could be booked the day after. “On Stride were advised that I was being treated for breast cancer and unable to work for over a year. I was on ESA (incapacity benefit) of £76 a week. They accepted a token payment of £1 a month however, they refused to halt interest. As a result, I now owe £1,300 more than when I first became ill. I have five other creditors who all froze my interest, On Stride are the ONLY company who would not do this. So borrower beware!!!”
