Was looking for somewhere to go with my friend as it's our first time away together and Frannie really helped me find the most suitable trip. Communication was easy and efficient, I was sent all the information required, fast and easy payment links, everything I needed in such a short time. I am very please with my experience and will be definitely using this service again and would recommend to anybody. Can not wait for my Weekend away down London, as I now know everything is booked at a discounted price! Thank you!

Had such a great time away for two night in London to celebrate our anniversary. Perfect seats for Waitress and a lovely dinner at Gordon Ramsay's. Will book again soon.

Disgraceful non existent customer service. Having paid for a two night London break no voucher has ever been reveived. Despite numerous emails and voicemails i have had no response at all. I have had to resort to legal procedure to recoup my payment.

Bombay Gin visit along with overnight stay advertised. As a party of 4 we had to fill out a form and was informed would respond within 3 working days. Took longer and only received a reply by email, after TravelZoo intervened. However date we initially wanted, was now fully booked. Frannie asked if there was any other dates we had in mind. We responded by asking what dates were available within a time span. Unfortunately, now 6 working days, and never received a reply back. Telephone numbers given, complete waste of time. Every extention has recorded message,”Mailbox full. Please try again later”. Not the best customer service!

Love this site!!! My second time booking with them. A great incentive to book again is the £20 gift voucher to use on future days away. I just did a 4* Liverpool hotel stay with The Beatles Story. Truly a memorable time as i'm a huge Beatles fan.

I'm leaving a review for Emily & Frannie at 'OMG' both of them were great at arranging my break away. After a troubling start to my year I really needed some time away. Thanks you for arranging this for me and helping me with the extra nights I requested. I enjoyed the show, dining at Planet Hollywood was fun and the hotel was flawless. Very much like the customer service i received. I came back feeling really positive and I hope this is reflected in my review.

Booked a theatre trip to London and chose a 4 star hotel for £119 each - I thought you would be able to choose from the list of hotels, but OMG choose for you. They chose The Corus Hotel overlooking Hyde Park. The hotel was clean, great breakfast, although the room was quite small for a twin room. It was minutes away from Green Park Station so the locality was great. The theatre was The Apollo and we got really good seats; stalls, row G. The only criticism was after receiving confirmation that the deal was booked, I could recall on the day before we travelled, that somewhere it said the vouchers would follow for hotel and show and I hadn't received them at that point. However an email to OMG that morning, stating "urgent", was followed up by an email saying I should receive vouchers by 2pm, which in fact I did.

Absolutely appalling customer service skills. Their contact number goes straight to answer phone and I left a message, with no reply. So I left another and yet again no reply. I left 4 messages over 4 weeks and numerous emails. Not one was replied to until 3 days before I depart. I spoke to “David James- Concierge Team Manager” via email who seems to only put the blame onto myself for misunderstanding the booking, if my first email had been replied to they could have clarified everything and I would be looking forward to my weekend away this Saturday. Instead David felt the need to patronise and blame me for everything that has gone wrong. When I told him i would be leaving a review he said he would forward any review onto his legal team to take action. What’s the point of review sites for customers to put up their honest opinion if companies threaten legal action. Appalled at the lack of customer service received and would highly recommend booking with another company rather than this one. Saying this i do hope my weekend away will be enjoyable and this fiasco will not get in the way.
