“I have had 2 items from Omersa, Louth and I can honestly say that the quality and the workmanship is exceptional. Lovely team of people, even got to meet the team and have a stroll around the workshop looking how they are hand made. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Omersa is an outstanding company. Special thanks are due to Caroline and all the team for going the extra mile for me and for a product that surpassed my expectations. Service was super quick and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly, the annimals are just beautiful. British craftsmanship at its very best. The designs are imaginative, delightful to behold and are a ray of sunshine in these otherwise bleak times. Online purchasing has become the norm of late, but buying from Omersa has been a pleasure and so different from the usual, lacklustre service and products one finds elsewhere. These wonderful, charming animals are, without doubt, the best of their kind and will bring a smile to generations in any family. If you’re looking for a very special gift, something a little different, then I can’t recommend them, or their makers highly enough.”

“The only problem I had was trying to decide which of the beautiful foot stalls to order, they are all so beautiful. I finally chose a Hippopotamus who is now named Harry and he is perfect. The ordering process is easy and I was kept up to date with progress including a phone call to arrange delivery. Harry arrived securely packed, in perfect condition and on time, I am very happy. Thank you.”

“So far so good -I think- We haven't unpacked him yet as he is a Christmas gift for our Granddaughter, Miss Quinn. Your box is very sturdy but somehow the shipper managed to puncture the bottom, making a hole about the size of my thumb. It appears the rhino is floating within foam peanuts as the packing - I'm hoping there is no damage to him. Are peanuts the best method to use? V/R Wm Meyer”

“I contacted Caroline to help with a missing ear on my 60's large elephant. With the help of some photos and measurements, she made me a perfect replica, along with a new tail. I performed a bit of homebrewed ageing on the new leather and they look very very good. I can't thank Caroline enough for her help and skill. Mark”

“The product(my Lg Rhino) is outstanding, it’s the coolest thing I own. It’s a conversation starter and gives the room a unique and fun feel. It is obviously made by fine craftspeople. The customer service is firmly above average, they communicate well, they do what they say they are going to do and they seem to genuinely care. I can’t wait until I purchase another.
