The gate was a let down. Has soon has I’d got the gate where I wanted I went to open then close it and the little anchor at the bottom of the gate that’s supposed to hold it in place totally sheared off. So I removed the gate and tried to super glue the broken part in place, left it a good couple of hours then replaced the gate, again it just broke off after gently closing the gate. At this point I picked the broken part up and bind it. Then the top latch started sticking, when you open the gate the pin stays in till you squeeze the latch 2 or 3 times. So there you have it, you get what you pay for. Regards.

Initially when I contacted Oliver’s I was thrilled they could offer a price match on a travel system bundle I had been viewing . Unfortunately after this things went downhill in regards to service . I was given a code to use when placing the order to reduce the cost . This all worked fine however I was then rang to be told the code was incorrect and I had been given too much discount ? I needed to pay £99 as a card payment or my order would be cancelled . I didn’t want this to happen as my baby was due a couple of weeks later and the price was still cheaper if I paid the extra . After making the payment I was then told parts of my order would be delayed . Even though it did not state anywhere on the website when I placed the order . I was also told that the bundle didn’t come with a changing bag anymore even though it stated this on the advert . As you can imagine I was extremely stressed and frustrated with all of the issues I’d had . So I emailed them rather than calling in the hope it would be escalated as anytime I asked for a manager or a complaint to be logged when on the phone it was declined. Luckily a lady called Emily picked it up , she confirmed the dates the missing parts were due in and when I should receive them ( which was ahead of my babies due date so I was relieved) . She also offered to provide a changing backpack of the same colour and brand as my travel system free of charge as it did indeed say I should get one . She assured me that she would also update the website so no one else was effected and confirmed the rest of my bundle would be delivered next day as stated . Unfortunately this did not happen . I received the travel system 3 days later . A pain as I rearranged my working days at home but still ahead of my babies arrival . Then the missing items were delayed further expected after my babies due date . I was then emailed to say that the changing bag I had been promised was now not due in stock until 2025 and was offered an alternative . I accepted in the hope I would get but was told that further delays were still expected with the alternative . I finally received my changing bag today . So over 4 weeks after ordering the bundle . Got to say I’m thrilled with the product but the customer service and issues have been shocking . I mean not once was I offered the initial discount I was advised , or maybe an amount off or free gift for my troubles . I literally had to harass to just get the items that were stated on the advert !!!

mattress order was fine but covers delievered in wrong size because the decription on the website turned out to be wrong. This meant we were unable to use the mattress. To make it worse instead of expediting sending the right size to me i was askde to return the wrong size, wait for that to be received and processed, and then wait for the right size to then be sent out. I bouth them elsewhere and am waiting a refund of what i returned

Customer service was ok but wouldn’t recommend once product wasn’t received. Down hundreds of pounds and no items to show for it. Very disappointed

Baby hate was too small and then I baught the extension now its to big wasted £60 and can't even use it

Unfortunately after fitting our pressure baby gate which I purchased recently online I have discovered it is defective and no matter what I do the bottom lock does not work as there is a gap between the lock and the latch once fitted so physically will not lock.

Ordered before the time stated for next day delivery which was showing as the Monday but didn’t arrive until the Tuesday. Not only that but only half my order came then I had to ring to ask where my other part of the order was to be told it wasn’t in stock and I had to wait 3 months. No communication or emails stated this and even the lady that I spoke to was baffled!

Was a bit of a disaster from start to finish, ordered a cot as showing in stock and available for next day delivery. Next day came and went, no cot. Computer error apparently, so have to wait for direct dispatch from tutti bambini. Delivery arrived only find a whole box was missing. What should have taken only a day ended up spanning a 2-3 weeks. No hugely impressed, prob won’t use again as kind of not that reliable.

Delivery came in time and promptly. Gate seemed fairly easy to fit, only after opening it for the first time the gate no longer shuts - appears the edge has somehow bent.
