“Excellent service from start to finish, pre purchase questions answered well, price was really good, item received well packaged and super fast. Installation instructions could be improved, my husband works with drawings everyday so he was able to work things out where I and others may have struggled. In saying that, once sorted, the actual installation process was very simple. Overall I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I bought this product to prevent my ‘Frenchie’ from going up the stairs. Melanie”
