“The delivery was very quick and the customer service was great. Unfortunately it wasn’t clear that the item I wanted comes in different colours to the ones pictured so I ended up getting an item I won’t use. I will try to swap it with someone I know but otherwise I will have to return it and pay return fee which I don’t feel is fair if I am honest.”

“I was at the front door loading up my car when the gates arrived so full marks for punctuality. I told the delivery guy that I was expecting 2 items and he said he only had one so it was probably on another van but he didn't realise both gates were inside the one box. Brill”

“Easy ordering and fast delivery. Happy with items ordered! The box was quite battered on arrival and barely sealed but this may be a courier issues and not vendor issue - no damage to the contents anyway.”

“I purchased Callowesse© Dreamy Willow Bunny - Baby Sleep Aid with Smart Cry Sensor for my granddaughter who is due to be born in March. Item arrived & I am so glad I removed it from the box, as it looked nothing like image advertised on website or box. The bunny looked awful, was obviously faulty, legs different lengths, fur caught under stitching, body out of shape, head looked awful!! I contacted Oliversbabycare with photos, asking for full refund, to be told it was not faulty but slightly misshapen due to it being in a box & that item could be returned as unwanted, obviously with me having to pay return postage. I have sent further photos, totally disagree with 'not faulty" & still awaiting a response to full refund including p&p. Everyone that I have shown the photos or item to have been flabbergasted as obviously faulty & terrible quality. Terrible customer service.”
