Terrible, customer service is diabolical and haven’t even replied to my last email as they kept avoiding my question, now got an email to leave a review for my recent purchase when I haven’t even received it

I ordered two gates and then an extension. The extension is for a different height gate for some reason (height difference is not indicated - the title implies it correlates with the gates I bought). I asked to return it for a refund and was asked to confirm original packaging, I did and then heard nothing back. No return information is given on the receipt or paperwork sent with the items either

Purchase the “ Callowesse Kuvasz Standard Stair Gate – 77-86cm – White” online hoping it would be a safe way to keep my baby away from the stairs. I have installed it following all instructions. The product is very poor quality very flimsy my baby is only 11 months old not even able to walk yet but even he has managed to pull it off the wall the door hinge is not secure and he can swing the door open by just holding on the metal bit not safe at all ! I have tried to return the product i have been told i need to pay postage between £15-£20 if the company arrange a collection and i do not even know how much it will cost to send it off my self baring in mind its two doors in a massive box i need to carry around to a post office and i don't drive. Customer service team are not helpful at all I'm now stuck with product which is very very poor quality i do not recommend anyone to buy from this company they are not helpful at all to first time mums or parents i choose them thinking i can save money and now I'm losing my money to send product back which is very bad quality and not safe ! Do not purchase from this company!

Disappointed in the quality, it took about 20 minutes to work out how to use it. We were going to return the product but it was £20 in postage so won’t be ordering on line again.

Paid for next day delivery, arrived 4 days late. Item needs to be returned but I was told I had to pay. Return payment is too much

No happy white the product in description is mentioned to be battery powered but in reality is not and white installing the app it was not easy the QR is mentioned is not working

Very bad experience as the item received was damaged during transit, we took clear pictures and shared with the customer care team as the dents and so many creases on the one side of the seat where the exterior box was damaged. Definitely this is either an used item or damaged during transit or storage. Since three days we last heard from them after that no reply from the customer team. Definitely we do not recommend this store to anyone.

Not great. We have ordered twice from them. Both times next day delivery has failed to materialise without any contact from the company. On contacting Olivers Baby Care issues were resolved but only after we proactively pursued them. After the first issue we wanted to give them another chance as staff seemed friendly and it appeared to be a genuine one off error. Now with issues twice in a row I wouldn’t use again.

Ordered for next day delivery but told thats not possible. Then kept ringing all week to find out when i will be receiving the cot to then be told the colour is out of stock. And then had to choose another colour and told i should have it with me by monday but nothing still waiting. Very unprofessional the staff do no know what they are doing unhelpful and unreliable. Will never be ordering from here again.

Placed order with 10 mins emailed saying pls canx I've ordered wrong item. Nothing for 2 days then email saying sorry been dispatched then got returns email and basically I have to pay for the return !

Product arrived quickly, I've emailed them on numerous occasions about a returns label and only emailed once asking why I want to return so told them the reason and still waiting on a response

My review has changed as the item is shockingly made. The screw part to attach to pram has already worn away and I have only had the item for 3 weeks, so it no longer will attach to Pram. I have also emailed customer service who have failed to respond. Would not recommend and complete waste of money, and awful customer service
