“My Experience was good overall. I do need to contact the company, because they did not send enough spacers for the brackets, so I had to fit the opposite brackets out of line to make the retractable screen pull out and lock even and flat. That said it is a nice product, and I like the idea of supplying an extra set of brackets so the gate can moved from one opening to another, ie from the top of the stairs, down to the Kitchen doorway.”

“First experience and it was really good. Easy to find what I was looking for and to make an order. I thought the delivery charge a little steep for a single item but balanced it slightly with the 5% newbie discount. The stair gate is easy-ish to fix, took about an hour, and provides peace of mind for my toddler grandson when he’s upstairs”
