“My wife and I were searching for a stair gate and saw you had a product on your web-site. We phoned and paid for it immediately so that a member of staff could drop it off to us. This happened the same day and we were so grateful for this special one off treatment - thank you. As it happens had to exchange the product so visited the shop the following day. The staff we were really helpful and we left with an item that has been first class - just what we wanted. Thank you.”

“They use royal mail for delivery...not only was this late but when it did come they put a card through the door even though in. Card telling us to go to a collection office miles away which is shut Sunday and won't be able to get to before going on holiday which was reason for purchase so won't be able to assess quality of goods.”
