“Your product was good, fairly priced and dispatched quickly BUT the delivery company you use lets you down. The delivery slot they give is huge compared to other companies and even then they don’t adhere to it. When it didn’t arrive as scheduled it was impossible to get any information. There are apparently no phone numbers or GPS tracking systems for their drivers. They really are useless and there are plenty of far superior ones. Although the product wasn’t damaged our parcel had clearly not been treated with care.”

“Initially when I contacted Oliver’s I was thrilled they could offer a price match on a travel system bundle I had been viewing . Unfortunately after this things went downhill in regards to service . I was given a code to use when placing the order to reduce the cost . This all worked fine however I was then rang to be told the code was incorrect and I had been given too much discount ? I needed to pay £99 as a card payment or my order would be cancelled . I didn’t want this to happen as my baby was due a couple of weeks later and the price was still cheaper if I paid the extra . After making the payment I was then told parts of my order would be delayed . Even though it did not state anywhere on the website when I placed the order . I was also told that the bundle didn’t come with a changing bag anymore even though it stated this on the advert . As you can imagine I was extremely stressed and frustrated with all of the issues I’d had . So I emailed them rather than calling in the hope it would be escalated as anytime I asked for a manager or a complaint to be logged when on the phone it was declined. Luckily a lady called Emily picked it up , she confirmed the dates the missing parts were due in and when I should receive them ( which was ahead of my babies due date so I was relieved) . She also offered to provide a changing backpack of the same colour and brand as my travel system free of charge as it did indeed say I should get one . She assured me that she would also update the website so no one else was effected and confirmed the rest of my bundle would be delivered next day as stated . Unfortunately this did not happen . I received the travel system 3 days later . A pain as I rearranged my working days at home but still ahead of my babies arrival . Then the missing items were delayed further expected after my babies due date . I was then emailed to say that the changing bag I had been promised was now not due in stock until 2025 and was offered an alternative . I accepted in the hope I would get but was told that further delays were still expected with the alternative . I finally received my changing bag today . So over 4 weeks after ordering the bundle . Got to say I’m thrilled with the product but the customer service and issues have been shocking . I mean not once was I offered the initial discount I was advised , or maybe an amount off or free gift for my troubles . I literally had to harass to just get the items that were stated on the advert !!!”

“Bought two of these in different sizes - one for the top ofnthe stairs and one for the bottom. Sturdy, secure and reasonably priced. The delivery (and updates) were quick. I'd definitely recommend both the product and the company.”

“Absolutely terrible. You are responsible for your suppliers actions. Obaby has taken almost an entire month to deliver the products I ordered. There should be way more clarity that the 5-7 expected days for delivery is not achievable for them. We have enough to worry about without having to worry that we have been ripped off or there has been an issue.”
