“I've not used what I ordered yet so can't comment. I would like to say what fantastic customer service I've had. My order was sent out the following day (I ordered on a Sunday) it was supposed to be delivered on the Tuesday as stated, unfortunately seething happened with the courier, I phoned Thursday to advise, I spoke to a very helpful lady at olivers, who promptly found out what was happening with my delivery, the courier couldn't say when it would be delivered so I was sent my order again that day, unfortunately once again my delivery was delayed, but that again was the courier. Olivers have been great, I would definitely shop there again, and recommend them. Thank you”

“I bought this cover not because I've small children but because I've an unsightly wall socket on a living room skirting board! It was very easy to fit and has tidied up an unsightly socket. Oliver's are easy to order from and deliver is very fast.”

“Before placing the order we phoned and it was agreed you would delay the dispatch of the products as next day delivery was inconvenient for us. Somewhere between you and the couriers that completely failed and two deliveries were attempted to an empty house the next working day. Thankfully one was really good, phoned me and agreed to wait 15 mins while I dashed to my son's house to accept the delivery. We then had to store the products at an inconvenience as we were still decorating. The 2nd courier just left a 'failed delivery' note. We would have happily delayed ordering but you advised you could not guarantee the price would stay the same.”

“The delivery was very quick and the customer service was great. Unfortunately it wasn’t clear that the item I wanted comes in different colours to the ones pictured so I ended up getting an item I won’t use. I will try to swap it with someone I know but otherwise I will have to return it and pay return fee which I don’t feel is fair if I am honest.”
