Dear sirs I have mande a complaint about the product. You have stated it fit 86cm with is the measure I have in my stairs. I have bought this product as specifically states this measurement however this doesn't fit, it's lose and my son almost felt on the stairs due to this. Lucky I was there so nothing happen but I request an urgent response to this and my previous email. Thank you

Buying products in online is easy and product quality is people’s luck but if you have any problems or not happy with with product, return is very inconvenient and more complicated

It didn't work. Returned it. Cost me on batteries. Sorry but it was needed for gift. Good job I tested it first.

My order was dispatched in 2 boxes. They didn’t arrive at the same time. When I have asked customer service, nobody replied to me. Luckily the seconds box turned up but lack of communication is disappointing and sadly cannot recommend this store

I purchased Callowesse© Dreamy Willow Bunny - Baby Sleep Aid with Smart Cry Sensor for my granddaughter who is due to be born in March. Item arrived & I am so glad I removed it from the box, as it looked nothing like image advertised on website or box. The bunny looked awful, was obviously faulty, legs different lengths, fur caught under stitching, body out of shape, head looked awful!! I contacted Oliversbabycare with photos, asking for full refund, to be told it was not faulty but slightly misshapen due to it being in a box & that item could be returned as unwanted, obviously with me having to pay return postage. I have sent further photos, totally disagree with 'not faulty" & still awaiting a response to full refund including p&p. Everyone that I have shown the photos or item to have been flabbergasted as obviously faulty & terrible quality. Terrible customer service.

extremely poor. ordered baby gates which were faulty, as you can simply push them open. i was then told i'd have to pay for the return of my order ( 4 baby gates) and i wouldn't be refunded for this as i wanted to return unopened baby gates (after 2 faulty ones i didn't want to install anymore). Overall i'm £100 down as i won't pay another £50 to get these returned as the refund is also at their discretion. The lady on the phone also suggested that to fix my problem i could use the extenders but these were also out of stock, the website didn't state this when ordering but i was emailed and refunded promptly. Overall i would not recommend this company and urge people to read their returns and refunds policy.

Gates came not new, they been used, had a lot of scratches. Contact customer service- got a refund.

I wouldn't know if the product is any good as it is now 6 days later than the delivery I paid for, but I still haven't recieved my item. It is appalling that I have had no luck contacting either yourselves or the delivery service you use. I have lost 3 days of work and paid for someone to wait at my home for the delivery as I had to work, but it has still not turned up. I wouldn't advise using this company.

Ordered paid extra for next day delivery was ment to be Thursday but definitely here for Saturday.. But turned Tuesday.. So now no need for it, can't get a refund for postage.. Pointless sending back because I have to pay the cost. Won't be using again

Not a great experience. The listing for the stair gate did not make it very clear that the gate is not suitable for use at the top of stairs, which is where we wanted to place it. Organising a return included sending an email and paying for postage which I didn’t feel I should have to do. I won’t be using Olivers again.
