“Great website to navigate, especially with the "email me when item comes back into stock" although it's very hit & miss during sale time. Unfortunately a big order I placed never materialised from Evri (lost somewhere at the depot) but by the time I was able to report it to customer services & they had told me to wait a few more days as it "might make its way into the system again" half the sale lines were out of stock & I've had to keep my eyes open for my sizes to come back into stock & slowly but surely buy almost everything back again. Very frustrating but I guess not OB's fault”

“Exceptional . Easy to order ! Fast delivery . Absolutely love this perfume !!! We had visited the Chester store a few days before and the perfumes were incredible . The shop is so stunning ! When I got home I ordered the perfume as the whole experience gave me a good vibe ! And I wanted something to remember it by. The perfume is absolutely amazing . It is my happy perfume bringing back lovely memories of shopping with my daughter in Chester and visiting the Oliver Bonas store where I got a birthday card for my friend. The staff were wonderful and friendly 💝we are going back over Christmas.”
