“I had a really lovely experience at your store on Gordon Street in Glasgow. I went in to find a new pair of earrings and one of your staff members was very helpful. I didn't catch her name, but I can see on my reciept that her number is 10992. Please give har a nice christmas bonus. I only made a small purchase this time, but her service made me want to come back. The store was looking very tidy and welcoming as well.”
