“Customer service was fantastic when the box arrived in the post smashed. I spoke to members of staff in Reading (Alfie particularly helpful, clear, knowledgeable and polite and friendly). I also spoke to another member of staff there (don't remember her name) who was also polite, friendly and helpful. Also spoke to customer services who again were so helpful.”

“I've always had a tremendous experience at Oliver Bonas. My last purchase was in London at Euston Station. I got my card out of my OB bag to buy my OB dress and the sales exec said it looked like I was born to wear it. I love the colours. I always feel special in Oliver Bonas.”

“I ordered two jumpsuits for my forthcoming Big birthday, neither quite hitting the mark, nothing to do the jumpsuits one was too big and hte other just not quite right for the event. However online I saw the short sleeve denim one so made the journey to my nearest Winchester store to try on! with the lovely help of the sales assistant i made the decision for to get it and size down, which is always a bonus! Thank you Oliver Bonas for making an old bird feel cool !!!!!”
