“It was fine. My item was broken from click and collect and it was a hassle to exchange it, but I got it done. Also, just beware that if you order online or click and collect there is a moderate chance they will be shattered.”

“Ordered size 8 first and was a on the big side so sent it back and size 6 fits perfectly. The fabric and color are beautiful and worth the money. OB customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Once my order got lost by the courier (EVRI, which looses packagaes half the time) but Oliver Bonas refunded me the order right away.”

“Very good. This item was not delivered as part of my order and OB sorted this straight away and used next day delivery to ensure the item arrived in time for Christmas. Very impressed. I had to then return this item to store because it was faulty and this was very hassle free.”
