“I find the website not to be very good, it jumps all over the place and it's annoying and it keeps on taking you back to the start everytime you click to look at something. The layout of your website also needs improving. I recently discovered your shop and its contents and like a lot of your merchandise, especially your bags and homeware bits. I recently purchased this backpack in the bottle green in store, it was put by for me, staff in Chichester Store were very good to do this for me as it was the last one they had. It was all brand new in its original packing and no one had touched it. Then I saw the yellow one online in the sale, so I bought that one too lol. They're very well made. Very soft synthetic leather with a nice natural grain to it. Nice large size with multiple sections and pockets. I am very pleased with these two backpacks, especially as I got them both at great reductions! Only thing I would say is that they use Evri for their courier, my parcel did take a while to arrive, but it did eventually. I would suggest that Oliver Bonas changes their courier they use.”
