“Great, straight forward online. In store return was also good. One issue was, my partner bought the item for me, so it was a problem as he needed to return it abd put it on his card. I asked if I could return it with his card, but that wasn't possible. Or I could return it to another card. Not possible. This was frustrating as other shops not so strict on this matter.”

“I bought a bag online - the delivery company delivered it to the wrong house and it was not there when I went round - so I had to go through a complaints process. Oliver Bonas immediately sent me a replacement bag by express. I love the bag.”
