“Not the best - the website seems to have issues most time I visit. Refreshes itself quite a lot which puts you back to the welcome page and you lose the item you were looking at. Or often just freezes so you’re forced to refresh or leave. I always compare this to other websites/apps at time of use to make sure it’s not my signal or phone and everything else works perfectly so it is the OB website with this issue”

“The online purchasing experience was great. Easy to find the item I wanted and it arrived quickly too. The turtle necklace is very cute. Only problem is that it broke very shortly after the purchase. I don't think the string is very secure and i suddenly found myself in a pool of little beads as the whole thing came apart”

“Much nicer experience than last week. Chatty server at till,asking about the items I had bought. Last week staff weren't engaging with customers just each other... loudly! Shopped at Solihull branch and have to say was same... looking at items together and sadly ignoring customers by them. I'm new to OB and really love your items!”
