The website was easy to navigate, and the item arrived beautifully packaged, ready to give. The diffuser itself is lovely – it has a beautiful design that adds a touch of elegance to any room, and the fragrance is just perfect, not overpowering but lasting enough to create a cozy atmosphere. My friend absolutely loved it, and I’m already planning to get one for myself. Highly recommend Oliver Bonas for their thoughtful, stylish gifts and great customer service. 5 stars!”

“I went to a physical shop because when it comes to shoes I need to try them on first–I have difficult feet! The shop's employees were incredibly kind and helpful. I'm normally a size 7, but these shoes were a bit tight on me as I have wide feet; they did fit but I wasn't sure if after a few hours of wearing them they would become incredibly painful, so I asked for the 8 ones. They didn't have them in the shop but they ordered them for me while they kept the 7 ones for me for a few days in case the 8 ones were too big and I ended up wanting to come back for them. I kept the 8 ones; they're slightly big but I fixed this with thin insoles. All this to say: I loved the service in the shop and I am absolutely in love with these boots.”
