“I recently purchased a necklace from Oliver Bonas and had a great experience overall. The store customer service person was committed and very helpful in tracking down the product. They took the time to check stock and possible locations, unfortunately, we were unsuccessful. We agreed that I would get it delivered to the store via the website, which was a very easy process. The product was delivered rapidly, and picking it up was no problem as I received confirmation that it was ready for pick up at my convenience. A few days later, I received a follow-up email/text stating that the product was still ready to be picked up, even though I had already done so. Something went wrong in that part of the process, but it was a minor issue and did not affect my overall satisfaction. Thank you, Oliver Bonas, for the excellent service you helped make my wife very happy on Christmas day!”
