“All staff at the Central Station store in Glasgow, I conversed with, were very helpful, knowledgeable of store stock & clothing specifications, which was fantastic as I have many allergies that affect my ability to wear next to skin clothing, as I have multiple auto immune issues. I love the craftspersonship, and fabric quality that has gone into the finished Green Terrain size 18 patterned mini dress, that I purchased in your recent Sale. I was particularly impressed that the staff that served me, were non judgemental of my none binary intersex female identity, this makes a refreshing change, to be seen as a customer needing, advice and support with my visual disabilities too. I particularly like the store's subtle, non triggering soft coloured ambient lighting & great ergonomical design of product display equipment with great attention to detail, this is a rare find, indeed in UK retailing these days.. My previous work history involved me working as a shop refitter & exhibition set builder too. If I could rate the store 6 stars, I would, thank you for a great shopping experience.”

“Unfortunately I had to return this skirt as u needed a different size which was out of stock but the member of staff at the store in Canterbury were extremely helpful and made sure there was nothing else that I could find instead. It was a really lovely skirt and good quality so I would have kept if it was the right size for me.”

“I was in store originally in Parsons Green - amazing range of goods - more than I’ve seen in any other locations. The staff there were excellent - friendly, helpful and knowledgable They managed to order the bag online for home delivery and it arrived the next day! Brilliant service all round 😀”
