Unfortunately, due to Brexit we have faced numerous problems with sending to the Republic of Ireland and as a small business it has been really hard. The only way that we are able to send to ROI going forward is by deducting VAT at checkout for all our Irish customers and this is stated at checkout. You would have had a deduction at checkout to make up for the custom charges.
It is also stated on the 'Customs & Import fees' section of the website. https://oliajewellery.com/info/
We are really sorry we have to do it this way but i hope you can understand.

The other orders are lovely. Not cheap, but good quality. It does annoy me I have to pay duty on the package which delays things and adds three or four more emails (from Post Office here in Ireland) to the process.”

Thank you so much for your review. Firstly, apologies you were not happy with the colour of gold. If it was a set of two necklaces you purchased then both chains should be the same colour. Please email me if this is the case on enquiries@oliajewellery.com and i can look into this for you.
We do apologise for the custom charges. Unfortunately, since Brexit we have faced so many problems sending to Ireland.
