The vapes are good and meet my requirements. My main problem is the battery they unfortunately seem to stop working after 1 use & cannot be reordered without having to order the actual vapes.

I always buy menthol pods, and they often taste like strawberry or blueberries. And it even happen to have faulty pods. I'm not happy with these things...

Ordered two new white batteries as received ones weren’t working, was advised to clean out with a dry cloth & should work, still not waiting replacement

Unfortunately not impressed does not even feel like you can get a draw from them Disappointed But a very well put together package just shame does not give you a draw like a cigarette or any over vape

I had no issues with placing the order but I don't like the product. it has been a year since I ordered them but they taste so different. I actually can't use them so am stuck with two boxes and am not able to sell them on.

On my previous and last orders were I ordered the cigalike batteries, 2 of them were unusable as they would not charge. This is the first time this has ever happened, but if it happens again I will return them.

Whilst I have been using ok vape for several years, I have noticed on several orders that some of the batteries do not work. I have contacted ok vape several times, but not had a response.

Hi all in all a nice change from the status quo of vapes. But would be much better with a more lifelike or softer tip. Also when will you be able to bring in a version of a roll up? Because many people are now using them because of costs. With again a much softer tip.

The delivery from ordering to receiving was the usual high performance. What has not been clear was that to urder multiple battery replacemnts that orders for batteries on their own cannot be placed. This resulted in having to spend another £30. 00 or so, ontop of my original order. I have never noticed and cannot find this policy anywhere on the website. Please consider putting a Warning or Notfication which can be seen clearly after log in.

Disappointed, brought 7 batteries. Put them on charge, all the lights went out but on of batteries dose not work so had to bin it

Normally I place an order and go with regular free shipping. Somehow, it usually arrives in my post box the next day. For my last order, I was very low on my chosen poison so I paid for guaranteed next day delivery. It arrived three days later. Go figure!

I'm disappointed as I always order a batch of 10 packs and each time there's at least 1 to 2 packs that don't work and/ or the refill doesn't last very long at all.
