Paid for & ordered Two USB plugs but only received One.? Starter Pack contained 2 medium filters instead of one high, one medium. Poor quality control.

I was very happy when you had the kudos points, I felt valued as a customer. There are never any offers or incentives to stay a loyal customer. Profit over customers is not a good look.

I never received my first order then never received my second either although it was complementary but i then had to pay for the second order with a discount rather had my money back

Ordered 3 batteries and all 3 didn't work. Asked for replacements and only 1 is still working after 1 week and the other 2 - one stopped after a week and the other didn't work at all!

I ordered Mint Creme but you sent me Golden Tobacco? Having to use them cos severely disabled and can't send them back and would also leave me with nothing to use! In future my second choice would have been Menthol. I did not make a mistake in ordering because my order list is my account clearly shows that I ordered Mint Creme.

I used to use one a day now it's two and I'm not using it anymore. The pod liquid has changed. There is just no way one pod is equivalent to 20 cigarettes as advertised. The batteries do not last long. I have over 10 batteries that are unusable. I was a loyal customer. I have now switched to another company.

I cant seem to get anything out of it its like 90% air and 10% vape.should there be a rubber seal between battery and filter bit...it seems a waste of money

They have changed the liquids, but claim they haven’t. And when you leave a review on their site they will only publish positive reviews. Will not use again.

They used to be great but have now changed the liquid ingredients. They state that they have only changed packaging but this is not true. It’s also worth noting that they only post positive reviews on their website. Shame as they used to be great. Good time for me to stop vaping - every cloud.

I don't like these vapes at all. They are not good tasting even the high nicotine 1 is not high. I definitely won't purchase these again.

so after many many years of using this brand I am saying goodbye due to the huge price increase due to the kudos points being removed (very sneakily) which means no discount, such a shame...
