“I accidentally ordered 50 of the wrong refills, I phoned up when I received my goods which arrived very promptly. The two ladies were extremely helpful and advised me to return them and they would replace them with the product I actually wanted. I did that on the Tuesday night and by Friday lunchtime I had my replacement. They were amazing.”

“I waited in on the day of the delivery but it didn't arrive until the next day, probably down to the P O even though it was on the tracker system.”

“Easy to order, easy and fast delivery, only bad thing is you have to pay vat on them and then delivery charges if you don’t order over a certain amount, so no cheaper than buying them in the shops”
