“when I first ordered from you I was quite happy , but now I'm not I think the batteries could be better , I have purchased such a lot it's ridiculous the amount of money I have spent .”

“Fast delivery and excellent service. I've been using them for a while and have never had a problem.I would, however, like to see a discount on smaller orders. I, like many others can't afford a big order to qualify for a discount.”

“Always arrives fast! I really appreciate this, even though I'm careful not to run out. It's great to be able to "smoke" in the house, and even in bed. I'm chronically ill, so am mostly housebound and also bedbound. I'm very grateful to you for providing a decent product that I am able to use. Thank you!”

“I get on with them I order 10 packs at a time the only negative point is that I find 2 0r 3 refill not working they must have been dud ones my fault I should have complained”

“Absoutley the BEST online company ever -my orders always arrive very quickly [ the next day if I order earlier enough ] & are reasonably priced, I so appreciate the option to order 6mg cigalike replacement refils too.”
