“Package arrived in quick time starter kit is okay but the battery life is not great at only 180mah although it does charge reasonalby quick”

Hi Christopher, I am sorry to hear you aren't completely satisfied with the K1 battery in our starter kit, we do have a larger K2 battery that can be purchased separately. “Received my order, having ordered online, but the package took 24 hours longer to arrive than I was expecting. The products are fine but just a slight delay in delivery.”

I can confirm it was despatched on time and collected by Royal Mail, but unfortunately due to the adverse weather, Black Friday and the lead-up to Christmas, I believe the postal services are experiencing some delays in their system. “I have been using ok vape for quite a while now. Service and standard of their products are excellent. However, the loyalty scheme has been stopped in favour of more competitive pricing. As I spent a fair amount of money I found the scheme to be an excellent way of getting a discount. I do hope pricing in the future will help me continue to shop with them. Thanks”
