“Hello, I have used your product for a number of years now, always been satisfied but I noticed the last 12 packs I got did not last as long as previous ones, have you reduced the product in some way. Thanks Brian”

“I ordered a starter pack and two packs of tips for my mum unfortunately I put her name on it and mixed my address with hers leading to it being returned I phoned to ask about my order the girl I spoke to could not have been more helpful she sorted it on the spot and we received our new order in about three days fantastic service Thank you”

“I never received my first order then never received my second either although it was complementary but i then had to pay for the second order with a discount rather had my money back”
