“Service normally very good but disappointed with the recent problem with the tobacco pods being out of stock. And with a delivery expected 4-5 weeks. Have had to temporarily change to another supplier. If the problem occurs again I will make this a permanent change. If they are so popular why not order more stock to allow for this?”

“Very good product. I have been using this for nearly 2 years, have saved a small fortune in not using cigarettes. My only gripe is the new batteries I ordered. I find I am needing to change batteries about 3 times a day. My old ones I only changed once a day. On the whole fantastic product.”
