Hi returned aspire pocket x charger would not fit in porthole so couldn't charge it ,still waiting for replacement over a week ago

They are much stronger than the previous brand I have been used to, with less of a recognisable menthol flavour. This means that I don’t smoke them as frequently, which is disappointing. I will continue to use them, but I did prefer a milder version.

sometimes the refils do not seem to have anything in so only really getting 4 to a pack not 5

The re-fills are ok some seems dry. However, I have problem with the battries. A large number of them don't seem to be charging. I have checked the charging instructions and have followed it but it still doesn't seem to be charging.

Quite a few of the cartridges have no vape in them so had to throw them away

I love ok vape pods but I’m disappointed that they can’t lower the nicotine strength. 12 is too high for me now, I wanted to go to 6. It’s a shame because I may have to change to something else 😞

Ordering process was fine as usual but delivery was late. Probably a British mail problem not yours as their app set the delivery date.

Over last few months noticed cigalite refills not lasting as long used to average 1 per day now do not last for a day. Strenght also weaker

When you order in bulk they were £5 a pack I didn't get them much cheaper

Ordering was easy and delivery was speedy. Previosly I was using 10 motives but was unable to get a rechargable battery. I chose the tobacco flavoured OK \Vapes, unfortunatley I don't like the taste and am unable to use the refills from the motives which is disappointing. Don't think I'll be ordering again.

Takes up to 3 day's for delivery, and have never had a discount code even though I have been a customer for years.

From time to time batteries are faulty. My last delivery ond of the new batteries would not connect with the cartridge From time to time the cartridges are faulty. Good , efficient delivery. On the whole a good case product.
