On the tracking, I can see it was despatched using our free, 2-3 day service, on the 21st July and delivered on the 24th. Unfortunately this service does not include Sundays, so it was delivered within the estimated timeframe. Good for fast delivery and packaged well and at a competitive price. Unfortunately the device itself didn’t fulfil my needs, low vapour production and lack of a satisfying ‘hit’. Perhaps if you’re used to smoking silk cut purple it would work, not for the seasoned smoker looking to quit.

Always a prompt service but alas the goods are not top quality. This is particularly the case with the batteries which last only a few months before becoming un rechargeable

As the batteries are a consumable item, we recommend replacing these every 6-12 months depending on the usage. This was the third time that when the order arrived, the packaging was open. Although all the items I ordered were present, it is only a matter of time if you keep sending open packages, that not all order will be present. Please check with your packaging department.

I enjoy smoking the ok vape range and find them to be a satisfying alternative to smoking real cigarettes. However, I don’t think that the refills last very long. Im not a heavy smoker but I find myself changing refills nearly everyday which makes the refills very expensive. I will be looking elsewhere for an alternative. Very disappointed.

I placed this order online but, I no confirmation you had received it. So I had to phone to make sure it had gone through, being charged for the call. I’ve never had a problem before.

Love the product and it has assisted me to give up tobacco and lower nicotine intake. Delivery is however slow. Also non recyclable components.

I am sorry to hear about the delivery, I have researched into your order and it seems it got stuck in Royal Mail's system for a while. Orders on our free delivery service usually arrives within 2-3 days (in some cases, slightly longer) but I am sorry this wasn't the case with yours. If this happens again, please let us know and we can look into it. I was a little upset my points were taken away and I could not use them. I have always been able to use my points for some discount. Apart from that I am happy with the first class service you provide
