“Placed an order on Thursday evening with next day delivery and paid extra for the service I was expecting the delivery on Saturday According to Royal Mail tracker they are awaiting the package, it is now Saturday”

Hey there, We are very sorry again to hear of the delay with your order, although glad that you have now received it. Although despatched and collected by Royal Mail on the Friday, I believe they experiencing a surge in parcels within their network due to the upcoming holidays and Black Friday. Unfortunately we are reliant on external postal services to ensure orders are safely, and efficiently delivered but sometimes they can let us down. We sincerely apologise again for the wait. “Delivery was quick as always. However, I'm finding that the K1 batteries are not so good anymore. Even new ones only last a very short time, or not at all.”

“Ok vape find it impossible to remember passwords so it makes ordering difficult. Another thing confusing me is their relationship with health and care. Now I just block both”
