“I found that some of the tips wont screw in to the battery section, in one box of refill tips two would not work, so i had two buy new battery holders.”

“Used OK for several years now. Always a great service. Easy online selecting and ordering. Posted to me always on time no problems. Great selection of flavours too at very good prices especially when buying 12 or more. Highly recommended.”

“E-Cig refills are a good quality product. OkVape are great to deal with, easy to use online purchasing and good service, communication and delivery. The loyalty program did provide good savings but has now gone, interesting to see the next evolution for frequent customers.”

“Overall very good however some of the refills, about 5%. are definitely defective/underfilled and I end up discarding.”

“Dissapointed that the prices wern't cheaper than in Asda's they charge £6.50 per pack of refills whereas you charge £7!”
