“Since switching to OK Vape I've been quite impressed. The pods are good and delivery has been spot on. Had one problem with a couple of pods but it was promptly sorted by customer services. So far, so good !”

“Can not believe iv been a non smoker for 18mts, these lookalike vapes are fab, do not even think about buying a packet of cigs anymore,finding this company is the best thing i ever did, after 60 years of been a heavy smoker i never thought i would see the day when i would give them up. For anyone out there who is checking this company out, give it a chance you might be surprised.There delivery and customer services is top notch. From a very happy customer, nothing to do with this company just wanted to help others with a little info.”

“Online service is easy to use and delivery is extremely quick and reliable. However, the reason I have used the online service is the past is because the refills were quite a lot cheaper than in store. This is not the case anymore. The online refills are creeping up to the price of the store refills, and I have noticed that they aren't lasting as long. Please keep it cheaper online and make them last like they used to. That's my only complaint. Thank you.”

Hi Sally, Many thanks for your review! I believe some supermarkets do have them priced slightly cheaper per individual pack, which unfortunately isn't something we have any control over. However, we do have a wider range of products online and refill prices from only £5 with our multibuy deals. In our smallest multibuy deal for a pack of 5 refills, they work out at just £6.40 per pack! Our loyalty scheme also means that customers who shop online with us frequently receive money off their orders when collecting points, which makes it even better value :) If you don't know about our loyalty scheme, you can find out more about it here: https://okvape.co.uk/ok-loyalty-rewards/. We hope that our service, loyalty scheme, range of products and special deals are a good reason to shop online with us and that you will continue to enjoy our products. If the refills do not seem to be lasting as long, it may be worth checking if you need to replace your battery? We recommend to replace them every 6 months or so, depending on usage, as they're performance can deteriorate overtime. If this is not the case, please do feel free to get in touch with some further information to info@okvape.com. Although we maintain strict quality control measures and experience a very low returns rate, we do of course value each and every one of our customers and would never ignore any feedback. “These e-cigarettes are amazing. They satisfy the need to smoke, they taste like real cigarettes, they last much longer than I expected before needing to be charged. They look like cigarettes, they produce smoke when you exhale but not in that awful overly-smoky way that others do. There is NO smell. I am a heavy smoker and these have reduced my daily cigarette usage by 9 tenths. Lastly, they are VERY GOOD value for money and are saving me a fortune each week.”
