“Love the product and it has assisted me to give up tobacco and lower nicotine intake. Delivery is however slow. Also non recyclable components.”

Hi Jo-Anne, Thank you for your review and sharing your achievement, that's great news! I am sorry to hear about the delivery, I have researched into your order and it seems it got stuck in Royal Mail's system for a while. Orders on our free delivery service usually arrives within 2-3 days (in some cases, slightly longer) but I am sorry this wasn't the case with yours. If this happens again, please let us know and we can look into it.
