“I've used OK Vape for sometime and always been 100% satisfied with products and service. My last order one of the batteries woukd not work or charge. I emailed and was dealt with professionally and kindly a replacement batterybisnon it's way. However, in the last week three more of the five batteries ordered have ceased working so I have had to place a further order last night. Whilst it is not a reflection on the customer service received. The products themselves do not appear to be of a consistent quality.”

“I am extremely impressed with OK Vape. The products are excellent and very reasonably priced. Delivery is very well organised. Great compact packaging. I ordered quite a few things and didn't think they would come through the letterbox. But they did, which is brilliant. They were very well packaged. No oversized boxes. I will now be ordering regularly. Great company. Thank you”
