Harder to inhale than other e-cigarettes in the past. But it does the job, and delivery was very quick.

Placed an order on Thursday evening with next day delivery and paid extra for the service I was expecting the delivery on Saturday According to Royal Mail tracker they are awaiting the package, it is now Saturday

Although despatched and collected by Royal Mail on the Friday, I believe they experiencing a surge in parcels within their network due to the upcoming holidays and Black Friday. Delivery was quick as always. However, I'm finding that the K1 batteries are not so good anymore. Even new ones only last a very short time, or not at all.

Have been using OK Vape for a few years now. Always found ordering and reciept very straight forward and love the product. Very disappointed that they have now stopped the loyalty scheme. My last order very expensive. What is the point of being loyal? May have to look into a more cost effective vape product now 😒

Been using Ok Vape for a long time ... recently getting rid of Kudos rewards was a bad idea and also fed up of things being constantly out of stock .. thinking of using a different vape i am sorry to say.

Recently purchased 2 x starter kits but one of the battery e cigs has stopped working after 2 weeks so am a bit disappointed

I found that some of the tips wont screw in to the battery section, in one box of refill tips two would not work, so i had two buy new battery holders.

Unfortunately this time the order I actually made, wasn't dispatched for some reason, only a battery that I'd ordered alongside, plus some free promotional ecig tips & batteries to replace ones with faulty screw threads. I'd ordered to arrive before going away & parcel didn't arrive until the day after I'd left. I've returned home to find the actual multipack order I'd made with OK, hadn't actually been sent! Customer service were helpful & friendly as always, hence still receiving 3 stars. I'm sure there's a simple reason for this error & I expect to be able to score 5 stars again in the future, hopefully. Thanks to Customer Service & I hope my order arrives very soon.

I thought this vape cig was lifelike to real cigarettes. Not my experience at all. No Vape/smoke effect at all. Disappointing.

I usually order Ok Vape cartridges from Health and Care, but my last order with them was delayed in the post so I ordered 5 packets directly with Ok Vape to tide me over whilst that was sorted. These arrived in good time, but I was surprised at how much more expensive they are to buy directly from the supplier than from a third party retailer. My advice to fellow Ok Vapers is to shop around.

I ordered and received 2 okvape batteries 180mAh but after full recharge, they do not last as long as my old ones I have used and recharged for over 5 months

I've used OK Vape for sometime and always been 100% satisfied with products and service. My last order one of the batteries woukd not work or charge. I emailed and was dealt with professionally and kindly a replacement batterybisnon it's way. However, in the last week three more of the five batteries ordered have ceased working so I have had to place a further order last night. Whilst it is not a reflection on the customer service received. The products themselves do not appear to be of a consistent quality.
