“Received my order, having ordered online, but the package took 24 hours longer to arrive than I was expecting. The products are fine but just a slight delay in delivery.”

I can confirm it was despatched on time and collected by Royal Mail, but unfortunately due to the adverse weather, Black Friday and the lead-up to Christmas, I believe the postal services are experiencing some delays in their system.
