The quality was very low for the price, lines barley printed and notebook flimsy

A solid notebook was packaged in basically an envelope, so it was nice and damaged by the time it finally arrived. Why was it packaged in something so flimsy?

Sent wrong size - website stated one size. Received another so doesn’t fit. Alerted them absent back. Sent proof as well as photos of sizes. Multiple emails. Not received a reply or refund. Have had to open a case with PayPal. BAD customer service / incompetent / thieves who are only interested in getting your money. AVOID

I have already contacted customer service. No outer wrapping means I cannot gift this item due to delivery label and damage to the box. Appreciate the contents are intact, but this will be my last order given the policy to delivery without external protection

The outer boxes for the Artful and Papergang boxes have been designed to protect the content only, therefore if these are ordered as a stand alone product they will be shipped as we did when ran as the subscription, which means no outer packaging is required. I think I know why this company has this name....because once you place your order you get your confirmation email stating that whilst you might have paid for express or next day delivery, they still take 'up to 6 working days, during busy periods' to even process an order. They don't define 'busy periods' and it took me 3 phone calls to prompt the staff to action and despacth my order. Until I phoned, the order wasn't looked at or touched. I shouldn't need to call a company to prompt them to do the job that they are set up to do in the first place. And if you are a slow moving company- then state this explicitly BEFORE people place their orders- perhaps as a pop up message, so that you don't get accused of false advertising. I won't use or order from this company again and certainly won't recommend it- for the simple fact that you mislead consumers and then you need to be prompted repeatedly to do your actual job.

This box was very poor value and doesn't compare well with earlier boxes. I did buy this when it was on sale - but even so it's difficult to justify the cost. The magazine is ok - but the lino printing is mostly concentrated in the small tutorial booklet. In contrast "Lino Printing" magazine from an earlier box is much more inspiring with many lino cutting based projects. I did mostly buy this for the magazine, as I've enjoyed Artful's magazines in the past and this wasn't available separately. The kit only contained 3 50ml pots of acrylic paint - which will dry much too fast to be successful for printing. A proper lino printing ink with a longer work time is needed. Sadly the blades of the cutting tool had burrs on them - meaning they did not cut cleanly and made it difficult to make cuts on the plates. I've thrown the blades away. For the cost of this kit at full price, you could buy a starter box from Essdee and a really good lino printing book and still have change.

Rating this order specifically as I've had good experiences with Ohh Deer before. Been waiting two weeks, missed two birthdays that I ordered for and have tried calling several times. Nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ now waiting for email response.

1st order - damaged card. Arranged for another to be sent, a different one because my original one was out of stock. Chose a 2nd one, was told that I wasn't allowed to choose that one. So I chose another. It also arrived damaged. Noticeable damage! Emailed again, said that the damage could possibly not have been missed. I don't want to wait again and I got a refund. Why waste everyone's time by sending damaged cards? If I am paying full price I expect a perfect card! I wouldn't purchase cards from Ohh Deer again, nor would I recommend them due to having this bad experience twice!

The quality of products are amazing. But the delivery and customer service is bad. A week just for your order to get dispatched and late delivery even if you choose next day delivery. When you email customer service they will write to you like its your fault you order.

The tracking indicates this arrived with you on the next working day after the bank holiday, however if this is incorrect please let us know and we'd be more than happy to get is sorted for you asap.
