We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“I ordered 3 Christmas cards from you that still haven't been delivered 2 weeks later. It's now 19th December and too late for me to post them on to the recipients. Really poor service. I know the Postal strikes have caused problems but why didn't you use an alternative courier?”

At the moment the UK has been severely effected by the strike action in place by carrier Royal Mail, which is sadly causing delays across the country. We do offer FedEx next day service for our UK customers as well, however this must be selected at checkout when you place your order, at this time you have selected Royal Mail 2nd class untracked. “I was pleasantly surprised. The parcel included two pieces if wood of different sizes. Also included are around five different burning pieces for different patterns. I can't comment on how the pen actually works as it's a Christmas gift.”
