“When I received my card it was too crumpled to send to anyone. Very poor packaging, just a small sticker on a normal non strengthened envelope saying ‘do not bend’. Overly optimistic to imagine anyone would pay attention to that. Fail.”

“I loved the box it was stunning what a bargain for £5. Not sure about the felt tip pens, just a decent type pen would have been brilliant. My daughter would love one she is doing art at uni but with sketch pad and items what a gift that would be.”

“I was happy to be able to get the shirts from Safely Endangered from Ohh Deer. However, this caused my entire order to arrive nearly 2 months after ordering, with one of my other items missing all together. I love supporting independent businesses, but the way my order was processed and handled was poor. Communication about my order status was minimal until I reached out, while my payment was captured the moment my order was placed. As a business owner myself, I'd recommend that if products are being made-to-order, or inventory is not updated on the website (thereby customers are able to order products that are no longer in stock) then you should not capture payment at checkout. Instead, set your payment processor to preauthorize payments on checkout, and only capture payments when items are shipped. Overall, despite the selection of products from some of my favourite artists are available on Ohh Deer, there is a very low chance that I will shop here again considering all the missteps and bungling of my first order.”

Our made to order shirts do require a 7 working day production time from December 14th as specified on the product description page before purchase. We do however apologise if this information wasn't clear to you at time. It would not be standard that any items are missing from deliveries however we are aware that human error can happen in some cases, we can see our team issued a refund immediately upon the report of a missing card to rectify this for you. “I was told that my order was shipped weeks ago, but I haven't received it--nor did I receive a tracking number, update, or check-in. So Ohhh Deer is super interested in getting reviews but not interested in whether I got my order. Very classy.”

The estimated transit time for delivery of international goods to this destination using standard service it 8 working days, with today being day 7 of transit, therefore we kindly as you allow full transit time for delivery to occur. “I was visiting my family in Australia. My brother sells your cards in his coffee shop. I fell in LOVE WITH THEM ALL. I live in America, came home, found you and have placed my first order with you.. waiting on the winds of the world to bring them to me. But OMG breath of fresh air, witty , just FANTASTIC inventory. Amazing Customer Service.. Whats not to love and write home about.. Thankyou for being a force of FUN and energizing spirit in this world of ours....”

“I ordered 4 items way before Christmas and they finally all turned up a month later after having to send the order out 3 times. The correspondence was friendly but obviously the items did not arrive in time for Christmas.”

“Love my planner, the maushaus illo is perfect! Only downside is that the package arrived torn open. The planner wasn’t damaged fortunately but I think thicker cardboard book mailers would make sure nothing gets damaged. ✌️”

“I was sent a load of cards I didn’t order and none of the ones I did , the wrapping paper was also wrong and two items were missing. I did mail the help address and got one reply asking for photos of the cards I’d been sent. I duly took photos and haven’t heard a word since. The service is horrendous on all counts. Never again.”
