We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“The cards I ordered took a little longer than expected to arrive. I thought they were smaller than I expected but were of good quality. Not sure if they were great value though.”

“I was so happy to find the Ohh Deer website: I was desperate to find a particular card that I had seen in a shop when on holiday but didn’t buy it which was silly so I searched the web using the words on the front of the card and there it was in Ohh Deer!! We are thrilled as is our grandson! Thank you Ohh Deer”

“The item sent was not correct. Itcwas the planner not the 2023 diary. There was nothing in the parcel to confirm return details so I emailed to ask for help to return. I got no answer to my email. So now I have a planner that I won't use and still no diary.”

“I ordered 3 diffetent boxes. Two arrived identical with old items despite claims of being new release. Art's and crafts package had boring basics and paint without surface or brush, and a single baffling posca pen. Very dissapointing. I have sent it all back.”

“Bought 2 cards & sadly whilst beautifully made & of good quality, one of them was ruined by the seal on the side as after removal it had left a visible stain. Such a shame. I didn’t have time to return & request a replacement either as was for an occasion.”

As the order was dispatched on the 13th we would normally expect it to have arrived by now. However, we have been seeing delays with Royal Mail due to their current strikes. “Love love love Ohh Deer and the products we got. We had item arrive damaged but their customer service team were amazing and got it sorted immediately, were so apologetic and sent me a complete set of pots even though not all were broken. I always think you can tell a lot about a business by what happens when things go wrong and I've been super impressed. The art materials and stationery are amazing. I've purchased things for me and had lots of lovely comments about them and also gift to people who have been thrilled. Thanks Ohh Deer - you're awesome!”
