“Very disappointed that the delivery label was on the beautiful box. I bought it as a gift but cannot give it due to the ugly label. I presumed there would be a presentation box inside so I opened it and now can't use it. Very sad”

The Mystery boxes were allocated at random, and there wasn't a guarantee on items that would be included. “The item is (was) a present. The address label stuck on the box is very difficult to remove. It leaves it looking messy. Decided not to give this as a present and will buy something else from somewhere else. Will not be buying from you again for this reason. Why can’t you use easily removed labels, I know they exist.”

“I absolutely love you guys! The super value tote is packed with goodies. The outer box was crushed and slightly torn when I collected it, but everything inside was fine. The only thing missing was scissors - I love scissors! Suse x”

“The parcel was unsealed when I collected it from a local parcel pick-up point. They confirmed it had been unsealed on delivery to them. The contents all appear to be present (difficult to know as one item had "mystery" contents, so I'm unsure if anything could be missing). Like the items very much, disappointed with the service.”
