“Items arrived in a hard-backed, non-padded ordinary envelope which had split on three sides out of four but miraculously still contained all 3 things inside. The paint tin is nice and worth the money, remarkably, despite the lack of care in packaging it. The yellow scissors don't even line up at the ends- probably damaged in transit and went in the bin. The quality of products is there with artful, just a lack of care and attention in packaging and transit on this occasion.”

Hi Sarah, We're really sorry to hear your order was not packed appropriately and therefore the packaging split. We've clearly let you down and for that we've very sorry. If you could drop us an email with your order number and whether both pairs of scissors were damaged, we'll look at whether we can replace or at the least offer you something better than just a refund. “great products and would look to buy, them again in the future, thank you! 😊 a couple of thoughts to work on ... didn't realise that the planners were different sizes, so I'll need to be more aware of that in the future! Also, the package was partially destroyed, so may suggest that you review the quality and quantity of the package needed. Thanks again 😊”

Ah, Amy we're so sorry to hear that. We know part of ordering something is the anticipation of its arrival, the process of receiving the parcel and opening it, as well as hoping the product is everything you hoped it would be. I'm sorry that part of this was lost by the packaging being damaged. “I love looking at the designs of all the individual designers. The quality of your products is excellent and I would recommend to friends. The postage charge is reasonable too and the postage times are good too. The one thing I think the customer should be aware of is that in addition to postage times, you have to allow for production times too. I don't mind waiting longer for production as each order is made bespoke, which is great and I appreciate the uniqueness of each product. Thank you”
