Hello Kirsten, We're very sorry for the delay with your order. I have checked the tracking today and can see that the order did arrive yesterday, after being dispatched on the 11th. “The parcel was ripped when it arrived it was raining and the diary could have fallen out in transit, it should have been wrapped in plastic”
