“Always loved Ohh Deer. The products are amazing and unique. The communication is top notch, particularly if there is a delay with your delivery, they always let you know. The items are always packed well once delivered. Just an all round brilliant company, can't recommend them enough.”

“Really lovely box, very thoughtfully designed with a lot do attention to detail. Double sided writing paper with gold edging and a smooth pen. And lots of other bits than can use for journalling aswell. I adore it.”

“I understand the need to reduce packaging but if the stationery boxes are bought for gifts, having the postage labels directly on the boxes is a nightmare!!”

Hello, We are very sorry to hear of the disappointment caused by this delivery. Our Papergang boxes come with their own outer delivery box designed to protect your content during travel. We're conscious of reducing our packaging wastage as a company so don't add extra packaging on top of the outer delivery box for this reason. “Your company is truly amazing. Heather helps a lot on customer service and she’s just great. She’s so helpful, understanding and personable. It’s hard to differentiate between humans and robots / AI these days but Heather is clearly human 🤣 and really goes the extra mile. I just love your company and hope it continues for a long time. It’s dangerous for me because I buy from you every time I see an offer email. I get all my stationary and cards etc. from you. I’m gutted papergang subscriptions stopped but understand. Hope the business continues for a long time. One of my fave retail websites! It has such a human touch compared to other websites and can tell it’s a close team who only recruits the best.”
