“It's a gift and the actual box has my address label on it so I tried to pull it off. Also I opened the outer box so now I have to try and seal it myself. The contents are in tissue and I don't want to open that so I can't comment on the contents”

“I have already contacted customer service. No outer wrapping means I cannot gift this item due to delivery label and damage to the box. Appreciate the contents are intact, but this will be my last order given the policy to delivery without external protection”
