“Ohh deer are always the first place I look when I need a card - huge range and always something appropriate! The price is good, plus always get them quickly. My only quip is receiving the ‘free goodies’ in this case a teabag, along with other promotional goods. I know some people like this but to me this just increases the amount of waster I produce. There should be a check box option for these. Also using plastic to wrap the cards - I know this is standard but oh deer could set a good example by ceasing the use of this single use plastic.”

Hello, Thank you for your review and we're so glad to hear you enjoy our products. I have passed on your feedback to the respective teams as we are always trying to improve where possible. We are currently looking into a solution for this aiming to limit/reduce the amount of promotional items that are included with orders. In regards to the packaging we use, this is another area that we are currently looking into in order to create less waste both as a business and also for those purchasing our products. We really do hope that we can find more environmentally friendly solutions. “After recently receiving my first order from Ohh Deer I was so pleased with their service. All items were packaged well and wrapped if needed. I loved the idea of having the receipt as a 2 in one, the second part being the 'art print'. Because of my experience I got the papergang box to see how that works too. Absolutely brilliant and well planned/thought out. Bought a smile to my face! Thank you :)”

“Excellent stationery and excellent customer service. My original order was lost due to faulty handling of the local postal service (notoriously bad) and after I posted my original review (scroll down to read) Amy from ohdeer customer’s service contacted me and she was just lovely, courteous and gracious and after verifying my details and address offered to ship out my order a second time free of charge. So what started out as a bad experience turned out to become one of the better experiences I’ve had with customer services :) And I’m glad to report that I finally recieved my order (on my birthday no less) and I’m very very happy and pleased with it :) Thank you again Amy!! Original review: A month after the order was made I still hadn’t recieved my package and inquired about it through the ohhdeer website (through contact us tab). I haven’t recieved any consideration or reply regarding my complaint and have yet to recieve my order still...”
