We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“The website was very clear and easy to use. Ohh Deer kept me updated about my order, and once it was send, it was quickly delivered. The shirt I ordered is simply great, and I'm really glad I ordered it. I will definitely check them out again, there's a lot of cute stuff to order!”

“I bought this card for a good friend who, I only recently found out, has a big foot obsession! The card was excellent quality and it was great that it could be personalised inside. I met my friend yesterday and she opened her card early because I was so happy I found it, and she really loved it! It definitely made her laugh.”

“It said it's be there the Thursday before mother's day and it arrived the Wednesday after mother's day.”

Hi Jack, We're so sorry to hear that the card did not arrive in time for Mother's Day. We despatched your order the next day and the fact it took 4 working days is surprising. We're hearing from Royal Mail is was due to the last minute surge in mail in their network due to Mother's Day but even so we are very sorry for the disappointment caused. “The cards are great but it took 6 days to arrive from placing the order. I don't understand how an envelope of 3 cards takes nearly a week to arrive? Luckily I ordered in good time but probably won't order again if I'm in a rush. Its a shame because I prefer the humour of these cards to other brands.”

Hey Jodie, We're really sorry to hear that and neither can we, so thank you for feeding this back to us. We despatched your order the next day and the fact it took 6 days to arrive is not something we've come to expect from Royal Mail. We've had 3 people make same comment, all despatched on the 16th of March so we're taking the matter up with Royal Mail to understand why there was a delay that week. “I was happy with the card but would be more likely to use ohh deer again if the delivery was quicker. My order took 5 days to arrive. Granted one of those days was a Sunday and site does say 1-3 working days but other online card suppliers provide a next day delivery so it is something I will consider if I need the card reasonably quickly.”

Despatched within 24 hours and then it took 5 days to arrive, that's not what we usually see or have come to expect from Royal Mail. Funnily enough, 3 people have made the same comment, all despatched on the same day so we'll take that up with Royal Mail separately. Your order was shipped out on Wednesday March 15th with the Royal Mail second class untracked service you selected at checkout. This service type estimates 3-5 working days for delivery from dispatch, however we do offer 1st class or next day delivery for any customers looking for a faster service.
