“Good afternoon. i ordered a 2025 diary on 24 Sept 2024, order number D356837 and it has still not arrived. I would appreciate it if you could send it!. Thats all i want at the moment. What i ordered and paid for to be delivered to me. Many thanks”

“This diary I ordered was gorgeous and exactly as described/in the images. The only slight negative is that it wasn’t plastic wrapped, and it was shipped in a cardboard box - unfortunately it got wet and has a slight bit of water damage in the corner of the cover. Not enough to return it but a shame!”

“The card was lovely quality and I was pleased that it arrived in a hard backed envelope. Unfortunately, the delivery was very delayed and although I was aware of this when ordering - I wish I hasn't paid extra for a faster delivery.”
