“I received the wrong product, however you quickly sent the right one which was good. The calligraphy set was disappointing. I thought it was a book showing you how to do calligraphy, and a set of calligraphy pens, but it wasn't. It was a book about other artists - a couple of pages showed how to do letters but they were too small and low print quality and so no help. The pens were a range of markers - not calligraphy ones (which i've had before - they have a particular angle to the nib). So pretty disappointing thought the quality of the items were good, it didn't do as described. The 50 cards, when I received them were good thanks.”

“You didn’t send my whole order. I had to message and ask for the rest of it. This was the second half of it. I ordered 2 lots of 2 mystery boxes. Maths says that would be 4 boxes. I only got 2. Also from that last order- one of the plant pots wasn’t painted properly and had a big finger print in the paint. Oh and to prove it wasn’t all there I had to take a photo of something that didn’t arrive. How do I photograph something that’s still in your warehouse.”

We're sorry also for any confusion caused by the request for an image of the remaining items and the packaging - this is to assist the investigation that takes place internally when an order arrives with missing or damaged items, in order to ascertain whether the problem took place during transit, or at the warehouse. “I ordered a pack of 50 random greetings cards and was SO impressed with them, I ordered another 25 (the 50 for £15 offer had ended) and I also got 2 sets of pin badge cards too. The cards are still nice, but this pack was mostly specifically aged cards, and others like nephew, son etc (which I can't use) and there were a lot of repeats in the two packs of pin badges, which was a real shame. I'm sure that it said if you ordered more than one pack at the same time, you would try to make sure that this didn't happen. I'm a bit gutted to be honest. Great postage and packing though, thank you x”

“Ordered the 50 x cards for £15, an offer I saw on Facebook, and it’s always a bit risky buying a random selection of cards when you like to select cards according to individual recipients. They arrived promptly and I’m thrilled with them! Super selection of mostly birthday with a few New Home/Good Luck/Sympathy. Very high quality and will save us quite a lot of money over the next year or so. Thanks Ohh Deer…super idea!”
